The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Drew Sidora and husband Ralph Pittman have filed for a divorce , PEOPLE confirmed in a report Thursday. The two have been married for nearly 10 years.

“Love is a beautiful thing. Unfortunately we have made the difficult decision to move on to our next chapters, independent of each other. Drew and I have decided to file for divorce. We have three amazing young children, and their mindset and growth is what is most important. As we navigate this difficult time, I ask that you please respect our privacy,” Pittman said in an exclusive statement to PEOPLE.

The report added that Pittman filed the petition on Monday and Sidora lodged her own petition an hour before the 37-year-old. The Game actor, as per PEOPLE, said that the two have been since last Thursday, February 23.

Pittman, as per TMZ, has requested for joint legal and physical custody of their children.

Who are their children Josiah, Machai and Aniya?

Sidora has a son, Josiah, from a previous relationship. She then married Pittman and together they have two children: a son, Machai, born in June 2015, and a daughter, Aniya, born in February 2018.

Pittman legally adopted Josiah.
