Jacob David Castillo has been identified as one suspect in the Red River, New Mexico Memorial Day rally shooting on Saturday. Multiple people were shot and at least three people were killed, according to local officials.

Red River Mayor Linda Calhoun told CNN that at least five people were injured. One of them was airlifted to a Denver hospital, the New Mexico State Police said. The suspects are in police custody.

Castillo is 30 years old. As per the press release, he is one person involved in the shooting and has been charged with “an Open Count of Murder”. He was injured too and is hospitalized.

Police, in a news release, identified the deceased as 26-year-old Anthony Silva of Los Lunas, 46-year-old Randy Sanchez of Albuquerque, and 46-year-old Damian Breaux of Socorro.

NMSP added that the shooting took place on E. Main Street around 5 PM on Saturday after a confrontation between multiple OMG members. Those involved were members of Bandidos and the Water Dogs.

Police made two unrelated charges Saturday. 39-year-old Matthew Jackson from Austin, Texas was charged with unlawful carrying of a firearm inside a liquor establishment and 41-year-old Christopher Garcia with possession of cocaine.

Authorities say that the shooting stemmed from one gang member taking a picture of another gang in Albuquerque.

State police say the following people have been arrested in relation to the shooting:
