At least 13 people were killed in a powerful explosion that rocked a clinic in the city of Tehran on July 30 according to reports by Iran’s semi-official ISNA news agency.

Reports have stated that a loud explosion was heard across the city. The blast which occurred at the At’har health centre has caused damage to buildings in the vicinity and the area has been engulfed by a plume of black smoke, as per reports by the state television.

According to local media reports, it was possible there could be more explosions because there are a number of oxygen capsules remaining in the medical center.
