Actor Hrithik Roshan was spotted exiting a restaurant holding hands with a ‘mystery woman’ on Friday night in Mumbai’s Bandra. While the duo was wearing masks, fans speculate the woman could be Saba Azad.
Saba Azad is an actor, musician, and theatre director. She made her Bollywood debut as Raaga in the indie film Dil Kabaddi in 2008 and appeared in several commercials. She then bagged her most well-known role in the romantic comedy film ‘Mujhse Fraaandship Karoge’ in 2011, co-starring Saqib Saleem.

Azad also appeared in the Y-Films web series Ladies Room in 2016. The 32-year-old is one half of the Mumbai-based electro-funk band Madboy Mink, along with Imaad Shah, Naseeruddin and Ratna Pathak Shah’s son. She has performed with bands such as Blackstratblues and Ashu & The Petridish Project, according to reports.

Azad is the niece of theatre legend Safdar Hashmi, which ensured she spent her childhood around theatre veterans like Habib Tanvir and MK Raina. She is also a dancer. While she started learning Odissi dance at the age of six, her love for the art form compelled her to learn several other forms such as Jazz, Ballet and Latin.

She also started her own theatre company titled The Skins in 2010, and directed her first play Lovepuke, which opened at NCPA experimental theatre in September of the same year, according to Economic Times.
The actor, musician, and singer, was last seen in Netflix Original ‘Feels Like Ishq’ and will next appear in the upcoming web series ‘Rocket Boys’, along with Jim Sarbh and Ishwak Singh. Sharing the poster on Instagram, where she has a lakh followers, Azad wrote, “The untold story of dreams, passion and relentless efforts that paved the way for India’s future.”
