Post Malone, the American rapper, singer, and lyricist, fell on the stage during his performance at the Enterprise Center in St Louis. The video of Malone falling went viral. The crowd went silent and the rapper stayed down after the fall, moving around in agony. Security guards rushed to help him up and once he managed to get on his feet, he was treated by a medical team.
Born in Syracuse, New York (U.S.), Malone is currently on tour in the U.S. and Canada. Malone fell straight onto the stage floor, hitting his head hard against the floor and smacking his torso, resulting in rib injuries.

Malone was taken backstage for a small break to recover, but he came back to perform on stage after 15 minutes, leaving his fans stunned. Rockstar and Cooped Up were the last tracks he performed for the day. Before leaving, the 27-year-old gave autographs and later, updated his fans on his health that he is fine, and thanked them.

The singer also shared how he forgot about the acoustic part where the stage opens up to lower the instruments through a small area. While he was walking around, he ended up falling and getting hurt. In his tweeted video, he told how there was a “big-a** hole on the stage” and he forgot about it.
After this, there were no further updates on his health except that he will continue the “Twelve Carat Tour” at Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio on Sunday. The tour is to promote his Twelve Carat Toothache LP, which was released back in June. Fans all around the world are tweeting about his ‘fall and the quick rise’, and how they see him as a rockstar in the true sense.
