Current Indian Skipper Rohit Sharma stands fourth in this list with 847 runs off 30 innings, averaging 38.5. The flamboyant batter who has the sole distinction of having scored two double centuries in ODI cricket and 4 T20 100s is yet to open his account as far as T20 tons in World Cups are concerned.
Being an active player, Sharma is expected to add on to his pile of runs and is likely to cross Dilshan and Gayle on this list.

Virat Kohli (845 runs)
Considered the greatest cricketer of this generation, the former Indian Skipper is fifth on this list, having scored 845 runs. However, Kohli with a massive 76.81 average has the highest average of all in this list, having scored those runs in just 19 innings.
