Jurgen Klopp’s magical charm at Liverpool is under serious threat as the Reds have hardly been able to live up to their form in the ongoing season.

Brighton won the match tonight scoring three past Alisson Becker, which has led fans of the Merseyside club to brutally troll them on Twitter over their dismal performance.

One fan said, “this is like watching a Roy Hodgson liverpool team ffs we can’t even get the ball off them it’s embarrassing”

Another fan of the six-time Champions League winners said, “I want us lose 5 nil just to fukking awake our fan base to throw shit out at FSG.. we are too loyal like klopp”

Jurgen Klopp’s team were poor tonight in all respects. They managed only 38% possession of the ball and completed 391 passes. In comparison, Brighton had 62% possession and completed 635 passes.

This win was a momentous occasion in Brighton’s history in English league football. This was the first time since January 1961 that they have managed to beat Liverpool in a league match at home, having lost all of their last 10 meetings at home against the Reds.

Liverpool have now suffered six defeats this season already. In 2021-22 they were defeated only twice in the entirety of their campaign.

“I had absolutely no sign for this performance before the game, but that’s probably how it is sometimes,” Jurgen Klopp said after the match 

“I knew it would be difficult against Brighton, but it’s not that they are always coming through with everything”, the German manager added. He continued, “We won balls, we had possession, but we lost the balls too easy – my god. Then you cannot be protected in these moments.”

However, Klopp also insisted that he believes it will not be too difficult for the players to bounce back from their slump.
