Bulk Deals: IDBI sold GTL Infra shares, L7 HPL bought stake in AKG Exim Ltd

- HITESH AMRUTLAL PATEL sold 3,95,968 equity shares in Moksh Ornaments Limited at Rs 43.77 per share
IDBI Trusteeship sold 10 crore shares of GTL Infra on BSE and 25 crore shares on NSE at Rs 2.03 and Rs 2.04 apiece, respectively. It also sold 14 lakh shares of GTL on BSE at Rs 18.52 per share and 36 lakh shares on NSE at Rs 18.51 apiece.
L7 HITECH PRIVATE LIMITED bought 61,054 equity shares in AKG Exim Limited at Rs 55.13 per share on the NSE, the bulk deals data showed.

A bulk deal is one in which the total number of shares purchased or sold exceeds 0.5% of the company’s share capital. A bulk deal can be completed using either the usual trading window or the block trading window. Similarly, in the event of bulk selling, the sliced strategy aids in obtaining a higher selling price. Bulk deals must be notified to the exchange by the broker who executes the trade. If a bulk deal (exceeding 0.5% of the share capital) is conducted through the block window, the trade must be notified to the exchange promptly. If the total buy or sale of a sliced order during the day exceeds 0.5% of the share capital, the bulk deal must be disclosed to the exchange within 1 hour after the closing of the trade.
