UGC NET exam 2021: Registration to end tomorrow, apply at ugcnet.nta.nic.in

Tuesday is the last date to apply for the UGC NET 2021 exam, which is scheduled from May 2 to 17. However, the fees for the examination can be paid until March 3, 2021. You can apply for the exam through the official website of UGC NET, which is ugcnet.nta.nic.in.
The online application form for UGC NET 2021 was out on February 2, 2021. The dates for the same have been announced by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Candidates should keep in mind that the fees for the exam must be paid before 11.50pm on March 3, 2021.

Candidates can pay the examination fee through online payment modes such as credit and debit cards, net banking and Paytm. All the details related to UGC NET 2021 can be obtained from the Information Bulletin released.
Students who are going to sit for the exam must go through below-mentioned steps to apply for the exam:
1. Visit the UGC- NTA website.
2. Press the link where it say, “Fill Application form Dec 2020 cycle (May 2021).”
3. First complete the registration, adding your email address and mobile number.
4. Note down the UGC NET 2021 application number generated from the system.

5. Fill the UGC NET application form as per the instructions provided.
6. Upload candidate’s picture and signature as per the instructions from the information bulletin.
7. Finally, pay the examination fee online.
8. Submit the form and take a print out for further use.

The exam is for considering candidates for Junior Research Fellowship and Assistant Professor and is conducted every year by the NTA.
UGC NET 2021 exam will be of three hours and will consist of two papers. Paper 1 and Paper 2 will carry 100 and 200 marks respectively. For more information, candidates can visit NTA’s official website.
