Musician Israel Houghton and Adrienne Bailon Houghton announced that they’ve welcomed a baby boy via surrogate. The couple have named the child Ever James.
This is the couple’s first child. However, Israel has three children with first wife Meleasa Houghton – Mariah, Lillie, and Sonny. His first child – Jordan’s – biological mother has never been named.

However, Israel also fathered two children with ex-mistress DeVawn Moreno – Kingston and Khristian.
Who are DeVawn Moreno, Kingston and Khristian?
The Texas State Attorney General had issued Israel for back and current child support after the gospel singer admitted to being the father of Kingston.
DeVawn Moreno had affair with Israel Houghton when the latter was married to Meleasa Houghton. Their son’s names are Kingston Houghton and Khristian Houghton.
In 2016, the Texas State Attorney Child Support Division stated that Kingston was four years old and Khristian was two.
The Texas State Attorney General’s Child Support Division sued the singer for alleged child support issues. The state wanted Houghton come up with his tax returns, checking and savings accounts statements, 401K info, proof of health insurance coverage and income history so that the court could estimate how much he possibly owed.

After being misled about information, the case was dismissed. Moreno stated that her children were well-cared for as usual. The case was dropped after it was declared unsuitable.
“The suit was dropped because of misleading information. Our children are well taken care of as it always has been,” Moreno told Bossip.
As per the entertainment website, representatives for the state’s highest law enforcement office appeared in Harris County Family Court in Texas for a child support hearing, known as “Title IV-D”. Houghton was, however, not present.
