All charges against Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate explained

After the arrest of Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Tate, the Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT) – released a statement explaining the charges.
According to PopCrave, the statement says at least six victims alleged human trafficking against the Tate brothers.

The victims claimed that they were kept in captive houses by Andrew and Tristan Tate.
They alleged that the duo sexually assaulted them and forced them to produce pornography under threats of physical violence.
The arrest took place on Thursday, December 29, at the duo’s home in Romania. Andrew Tate has been involved in a social media brawl with the climate activist Great Thunberg in the last few days.

“The four suspects … appear to have created an organised crime group with the purpose of recruiting, housing and exploiting women by forcing them to create pornographic content meant to be seen on specialised websites for a cost,” prosecutors said, according to the Reuters news agency.
The brothers have been under investigation since April alongside two Romanian nationals.
The tip for the arrest came in a video Tate posted on his Twitter handle targeting Greta Thunberg.

In the video, he is seen smoking a cigar in a bathrobe along with two boxes of pizza on the table in front of him.
DIICOT was not aware that the former kickboxer was in Romania. It was the pizza boxes, Jerry’s Pizza – a Romanian pizza chain, that confirmed that he was indeed in the country.
Following the tip-off, his home was raided and he and his brother were arrested by the police in Romania.

Reports say that they will be kept in custody for now, and more details about the proceeding against them will be released later.
Both Tate and his brother were born in Washington DC, in the United States. After spending their childhood hears in Luton, they moved to Romania and started a business empire.
In Bucharest, the capital of Romania, the Tates own restaurants, casinos, and several other businesses.
