Punjab Kings’s batsman Chris Gayle was featured on the team’s official Twitter handle finessing his bowling stride. The video was captioned “bowling us all over” and the fans are singing the same tune in the comment section. 

The comments agree that the team requires more bowlers in order to fill the gaps for the same in this season. 

The self-proclaimed ‘Universe Boss’ on Wednesday finished his seven days mandatory quarantine period at the team hotel in Mumbai. The batsman was seen celebrating while dancing to Michael Jackson’s ‘Smooth Criminal’ in a video shared by the Punjab Kings.

They wrote in the caption,” Quarantine da khatam Khel, bahar aa Gaye tuhadde favourite – Chris Gayle”. 

In the previous year, Gayle played the final seven matches for Punjab Kings garnishing 288 runs.

Being one of the legends in the IPL series, Chris Gayle has crossed multiple benchmarks such as the highest individual record, most sixes and even the fastest century. This season he is expected to complete the record of 5,000 runs in the league. Currently, his average is 41+ with 4,772 runs in 132 matches.
