Comedian Chris D’Elia sued for child porn and exploitation
- A civil suit was filed in the California federal court against comedian Chris D'Elia
- The plaintiff accused the comedian over unconsented sexual activities with her

American Comedian Chris D’Elia has been accused of child sexual exploitation and violation of child pornography laws by the civil suit filed in California federal court on March 2, 2021.
The civil suit was filed by a 17-year-old who accused Chris D’Elia of unconsented sexual activities with her.
The plaintiff had connected with the comedian online and he later invited her for one of his shows. He constantly asked the plaintiff about her age. He further constructed a ‘manipulative, controlling, and abusive dynamic’, states the complaint against him.
The comedian asked her to upload her explicit images on the internet and when she refused to do so, Chris D’Elia punished her psychologically.

The complaint further stated that he had over 100 sexually explicit photos and videos that he had ‘solicited and received’ violating the federal child pornography and sexual exploitation laws.

Chris D’Elia also released a video on YouTube in February after the allegations on sexual misconduct. He talks about his past and can be heard saying, “I know I have said and done things that might have offended people during my career, but I have never knowingly pursued any underage women at any point.”
He further says, “All of my relationships have been both legal and consensual and I have never met or exchanged any inappropriate photos with the people who have tweeted about me. That being said, I really am truly sorry. I was a dumb guy who ABSOLUTELY let myself get caught up in my lifestyle. That’s MY fault. I own it. I’ve been reflecting on this for some time now and I promise I will continue to do better.”
He had been accused by two other women in the past, one in the year 2011 and the other in 2018. He After the allegations put on him his upcoming show on Netflix was stopped and he his other project with the company 3 Arts Entertainment.
