This Halloween is totally different than any other year, in fact in many parts of the United States, trick or treating and holiday parties are banned due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
But there are no restrictions on virtual gatherings with close friends and family hence celebrations. Hollywood celebrities are having a gala time online, dressing up for Zoom parties, have a look:

Many traditional Halloween activities are not taking place this year due to COVID-19, and the city has threatened fines and a potential curfew to those who oppose orders and break protocols. The huge gathering in Greenwich Village in New York City has also been cancelled this year.
