Coming as a relief to the fans, Chicago’s largest music festival will be held at full capacity from July 29 to Aug. On the first day of the concert, July 29, Miley Cyrus, Illenium, Kaytranada, Playboi Carti, Black Pumas, Jimmy Eat World and many more will perform on Thursday.
