It’s not over between Jennifer Lopez and fiance Alex Rodriguez: Report

American actor Jennifer Lopez, whose breakup with fiance Alex Rodriguez has caused quite a stir in social media, has denied the claims and clarified that the couple is still in a relationship and are “working through some things”, reported CNN. The couple on Saturday issued an official statement to CNN through their representative, rebutting the breakup reports.

The statement comes after various news outlets broadcasted reports claiming Lopez and Rodriguez, who had been dating two years prior to getting engaged in 2019, are parting ways.

The couple was set to tie the knot in summer 2020 but had to postpone their wedding plans due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

However, Lopez and Rodriguez, were last seen together in February at a Super Bowl LV game in Tampa Bay, Florida.

They were also seen sharing a kiss at President Biden’s inauguration ceremony where Lopez gave a mash-up performance of “This Land is Your Land,” “America the Beautiful” and her own hit “Let’s Get Loud,” reported USA Today. 

On the work front, Jennifer Lopez is currently shooting her next film “Shotgun Wedding” in Dominic.
