Kim Kardashian, hours before the Met Gala 2021 commenced on Monday, posted a picture on Instagram wearing an all-leather suit and left her fans wondering what the outfit was all about.

Followers of Kim Kardashian are also left with a big question mark about her Met Gala outfit, with most of them hoping that she does not follow a similar approach for the event.

While some followers of Kim Kardashian went on to make their own versions of the black outfit, which seemed to be covering everything except her hair. A Twitter user posted a picture covered in black carry bags while holding what seems to be a frying pan, in an attempt to create a spoof of Kim’s outfit.

Some social media users compared Kim Kardashian’s look with a character straight out of an American horror story. The reason for this comparison is likely to be the veiled aspect of the outfit and the caption used by the 40-year-old. Kim Kardashian used a knife emoticon along with the photo.

Kim Kardashian was clicked in New York outside the Ritz-Carlton Hotel by paparazzi wearing the face-covered outfit made by Balenciaga over the weekend as the star preps for this year’s Met Gala event. The star-studded event will be hosted by celebrities like Billie Eilish, Naomi Osaka, Timothée Chalamet and Amanda Gorman.
