Thalaivar, Rajinikanth turns 71 today, there is a certain magic in the air. His
wide fanbase has taken over social media, with heartwarming wishes, creative videos,
and lots of activities planned in order to celebrate the legend’s birthday.
His

The superstar is
said to celebrate his birthday with close friends and family in Chennai. A
month ago, Rajinikanth underwent a complex medical procedure, known as carotid artery revascularisation surgery, but has confirmed
that he has recovered and is doing well.
The mega icon is yet to announce his next
upcoming film. He was last seen in Annaatthe, a rural drama directed by Siruthai
Siva. The film released on Diwali this year.
Born as Shivaji Rao Gaekwad in a
simple Marathi family based in Karnataka, Rajinikanth came as a colossal force
that changed the south cinema industry forever. Starring in over a hundred blockbuster
films, he quickly rose to popularity due to his dialogue delivery and cinematic
persona.
