RJ Rachana dies of cardiac arrest at 39

Rachana was a well-known Kannada radio jockey (RJ), and her untimely death from cardiac arrest stunned her followers.

The 39-year-old Bengaluru-based RJ had reportedly complained of chest trouble and was sent to the hospital right away. At the hospital, she was reportedly proclaimed dead.

In the recent decade, she had become a household name among Bengalureans. With her oratory talents and unusual sense of humour, she had amassed a sizable fan base.

Rachana, however, had stayed out of the spotlight in recent years and had effectively retired from her job due to sadness.

According to reports, her body would be transferred to her parents’ home in Chamrajpete.
