Actor-director Sean Penn took to the Golden Globes stage to speak about the work that was done by Community Organised Relief Effort (CORE) organisation during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, what caught netizen’s attention was his hairstyle, with some convinced that he had cut his own hair. 

Golden Globe Awards were presented on February 28. CORE is a global response organization that is operating COVID-19 testing sites across the United States. Penn is the co-founder of the organisation.
