RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat tests positive for COVID-19, hospitalised in Nagpur

Mohan Bhagat, the chief of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) has tested positive for COVID-19, the organisation said on Twitter on Friday. He had mild symptoms and was admitted to Nagpur’s Kigsway hospital, the RSS said.

Nagpur division recorded 10,335 new cases of novel coronavirus, including 4,492 in Nagpur city alone.

Meanwhile, Maharashtra recorded 58,993 new cases and 301 deaths on Friday. This has brought the state’s total tally to reach

As per the data from the Union health minister of India, the country recorded 131,968 COVID-19 cases on Thursday, which brought the total number of cases to reach 13,060,542.
