Use of mild cleansers

Skin is one of the most sensitive part of our body and thus should be treated with utmost care and love. One way of doing so is by keeping your skin clean but it doesn’t have to be rough. Use mild cleansers, both for body and face. Incorporate ingredients like, honey, oats, shea butter and coconut to your skin cleansing part. is the key

Moisturization is the key

Use of proper and skin friendly moisturizer is imperative. Choose a moisturizer that does not make your skin too oily or forms an extra layer on face. The best time to moisturize skin is right after a bath as it locks softness for the entire day. Also, don’t use too much of the product as it blocks oxygen to get into the skin.

Scrub twice a week

As much as being gentle with your skin important, it is equally critical to remove the dead layer from the tip. A good scrub serves that purpose for us and thus, it is absolutely significant to scrub you face and body at least twice a week. Make sure not to scrub too hard as it can damage skin cells. Home made scrubs are always better recommended as they come with no chemicals and do not cause any harmful effects.

Avoid hot baths

While a hot sententious bath seems like a perfect option these days, it is not a good news for skin. Try to keep water from mild hot to lukewarm if the need be. Hot water damage the skin dry and makes it dry leading to heavy dead skin layer and locked pores.

Pat don’t rub

Many of us live under the assumption that rubbing your skin while applying products or to dry water is a right way but experts suggest that one should always pat skin dry after a bath or a face wash, use the same drill while applying creams and make up.
