Tata Consultancy Services (TCS)

The company has won two awards at the Internet of Things (IoT) Global Awards 2021 for TCS DigiFleet in the automotive, transport and travel category and TCS Smart Store solutions in the Retail, Marketing and Hospitality category.

Vodafone Idea

The Board has approved deferment of spectrum auction instalments due up to 4 years.

PB Fintech

The parent firm of Policybazaar and Paisabazaar, on January 10 posted a 67% year-on-year growth in terms of insurance premium collected in the October-December 2021 quarter.

Unichem Laboratories 

Porinju Veliyath-owned Equity Intelligence India Pvt Ltd acquired 54,850 equity shares in the company via open market transactions, increasing shareholding to 5.01% from 4.93% earlier.

Total operating revenue (tipping revenue from C&T, mechanical power sweeping and waste processing) for Q3 FY22 has improved by approximately 22% YoY, and on a sequential basis, has remained stable.

The company said on January 10 that its board has approved the proposal of raising funds of up to Rs 300 crore.

The company reported consolidated profit at Rs 0.74 crore in Q3FY22 against Rs 3.18 crore in Q3FY21, revenue jumped to Rs 80.05 crore from Rs 49.56 crore YoY.

Tech Mahindra

The partnership is aimed at accelerating digital transformation and application modernization using low code and legacy process optimization.

One 97 Communications (Paytm) 

The number of loans disbursed through its platform increased by 401% YoY to 0.44 crore loans in Q3FY 2022. In Q3 FY 2022, the value of loans disbursed through the platform was Rs 2,180 crore (run-rate of $1.2 billion), an increase of 365% YoY. The company has seen stellar growth in each of the lending products, i.e. Paytm Postpaid (Buy-Now-Pay-Later), Personal Loans and Merchant Loans.

Gravita India

The company approved fundraising of Rs 300 crore.

Timex Group India 

The company has sealed agreements with Timex Nederland B.V (Sequel Division) for the grant of manufacturing and distribution rights of ‘Guess’ & ‘Gc’ branded watches for the territory of India.

Rama Steel Tubes’ (RSTL) 

The company’s stepdown subsidiary — RST Industries, Nigeria (RSTIL) has signed a new annual contract with Huihai Group, Hong Kong for procuring 15,000 MT per annum of specialized steel SKUs in Nigeria.

Suryoday Small Finance Bank 

The bank has reported a marginal fall of 5% in total deposits at Rs 3,170 crore as of December 31, 2021 (Q3FY22), as compared to Rs 3,344 crore in Q3FY21. On a quarterly basis, the deposits were up 1% from Rs 3,129 crore in Q2FY22.
