Prime Minister
Narendra Modi on Sunday while addressing a rally in West Bengal’s Haldia said that several infrastructure projects will be launched for the development of the state.

“We will launch gas & road connectivity procjets and Ranichak road over-bridge to catalyze development in West Bengal while addressing a rally in Haldia.

The project also includes an LPG import terminal built by Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited.

PM Modi who was welcomed by the chants of Jai Shree Ram in West Bengal, attacked Cheif Minister Mamata Banerjee by saying that ‘Bharat mata ki jai’ slogan unnerves her.

Talking about the upcoming assembly election in West Bengal, Modi said that Indians will give a fitting reply to those conspiring to destabilise the country.

“In the first year of Mamata Government, it became clear that what West Bengal had got was not ‘parivartan’ but a revival of left and that too with interest,” PM Modi said.

Taking a dig at states law and order situation, PM said that Didi (referring to Mamata Banaerjee) gets frustrated if anyone talks about rights in West Bengal.

“Didi’s government is nothing short of revival of left, which is a translation for rule and rebirth of corruption, crime, violence and attack on democracy,” added PM Modi.

This marks Prime
Minister’s second stop at a poll-bound state on Sunday after his visit to Assam.

While addressing a
rally in Assam earlier today, Modi said that he dreams of setting up a medical
and technical institution in each state to give a push to education in the
regional language.
