BJP’s Tajinder Bagga releases ‘Bhakt Anthem’ for PM Modi on his birthday

Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga, the Delhi spokesperson for the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party, posted a celebratory rap song on Friday to mark Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday. Bagga uploaded the song on all his social media handles using hashtags like #BhaktAnthem, #HappyBirthdayModiji.
Titled ‘Bhakt Anthem’, the song highlights key decisions taken by the government under the Narendra Modi government. One can hear the mentions of ‘Article 370 abrogation’, ‘Triple-Talaak’ abolition’, ‘Demonetisation’, ‘Surgical Strike’, ‘Airstrike’ and many more.

Calling Modi his “hero”, Bagga in the caption wrote, “Tried to write and record something in my Voice to wish My Hero, PM @narendramodi Ji on his Birthday. Hope u will Like it. #BhaktAnthem #HappyBdayModiji”

The rap starts with calling out the 2008, 2009 Congress government for the corruption and scams like the Commonwealth Games Scam, 2G Spectrum scam, Coal scam, Aadarsh scam, etc that took place under their nose.

The rap also talked about the Robert Vadra land allocation controversy.
Calling Narendra Modi ‘a hope’ or the corruption laden land, Bagga says Modi has dug a grave for the corruption and management.
Bagga calls himself a ‘bhakt’ and not a fraud, in the song and says that he is proud of the fact.
Bhakt is a term, often used by social media users for the blind Narendra Modi supporters. Prime Minister Narendra Modi enjoys a huge fan base in the country.
The song also addresses the shift in India’s international image under the Modi regime and says that under the Narendra Modi government India has touched several milestones in terms of world politics.
It further talks about Ram Mandir construction, a long-due agenda for the BJP and its supporters.
“Mandir Banvya Usne, 370 hatayi, scam se desh ko mukti dilyai” (He began constructed the Ram temple, abrogated Article 370 and freed the nation from the scams), the song reads.
On August 5, 2019, Articles 370 and 35(A), which gave the state of Kashmir a special status, were nullified by the Narendra Modi led government, a move that saw the divided reaction from the citizens and political parties.
Meanwhile, Narendra Modi on Friday, September 17, turned 71.
