Jackie Shroff, known mostly for his breezy style and acting, took the internet by storm after an old video of him began circling on the internet. Rarely channeling his philosophical side, the video is an emotional ride, where Jackie talks about the inevitability of life and death.
The nearly 2-minute-long video shows snippets from an old interview of the star. In the video, the 64-year-old actor shared his life experiences and what he has learned over the years. Discussing the demise of his parents and brother, he points out the inescapability of death, and how accepting it is the only way to go. He added that one shouldn’t carry the grief within themselves and must ponder over the simplicity of knowing that we all are meant to die in the end, including him.
The actor further added that while three of his family members passed away, three family members also came into his life, including his wife Ayesha Shroff, and two kids, Tiger and Krishna Shroff. According to Shroff, this arrival and departure of people in our lives maintains a vital balance, and so, when he dies, the family will continue to expand through the arrival of new members.
