Taking a jab at the fallen performance of England in today’s match, Virender Sehwag shared a viral meme of Rahul Gandhi to mock the team. After the 1st inning where England performed horribly, Virender Sehwag who kept entertaining his followers with his hilarious digital commentary throughout the match took yet another dig at the team.

He shared a viral meme of Rahul Gandhi where the politician is heard saying ‘Bye-bye, tata, goodbye’. Implying the quickness with which the batsmen were getting ousted, Sehwag captioned the meme.

” England batsman as soon as they come on the wicket “

Previously, a few of the England players had mocked the condition of the pitch at the Chennai stadium where they were playing before this. Currently, they are playing at the newly-inaugurated Narendra Modi Stadium.

Sehwag’s dig was shared and retweeted by several others. One among them was Harbhajan Singh who retweeted Sehwag’s post with the caption ‘Classic Viru’.

Sehwag’s post came at a time after England’s disastrous performance at today’s match. His tweet soon became viral among Indian team fans who were already mocking former England skippers Michael Vaughan and Kevin Pietersen.

India has won today’s game by 10 wickets.
