Several rules that significantly affects the life of a common Indian are going to change from March 1. These changes include fuel prices, ATM transaction rules, Supreme Court’s hearing process to name a few.

While many of these altercations like fuel and LPG prices are subject to changes, it is important to know about them in detail. Here’s a list of changes to take place from the beginning of March 2021.
Fuel Price
Change in fuel prices is, however, no news as it gets revised on a daily basis but the change at present hold great significance owing to the continuous surge in petrol and diesel prices due to rise in crude oil prices.
The pump retail prices of petrol hit a new record high of Rs 91. 17 per litre in Delhi on Sunday.
KYC mandatory for SBI customers
It will be mandatory for SBI customers to get their KYC done to keep their accounts active from March 1.
No Rs 2000 notes in Indian Bank ATMs
‘Indian Bank’ has announced that it will not load Rs 2000 notes in their ATM from March 1 as customers regularly ask for smaller denomination currency notes after withdrawal of Rs 2000 notes.
No more free FASTag at toll plazas
The National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) has made it mandatory for customers to pay Rs 100 to purchase a FASTag from toll plazas from March 1
Supreme Court won’t use Whatsapp to share video conference links for hearings
The Supreme Court of India will not use WhatsApp groups to share video conference links for court hearings, but would rather use e-mails or direct message to phone numbers of the concerned parties or lawyers involved, said the apex court registry on Saturday.
