How Indian TV stars miss going home for Ganesh Chaturthi

- However, some known faces of the small screen missed celebrating the festival with their family
The 10-day long Ganesh Chaturthi festival is celebrated in different parts of India with great fanfare. Several Bollywood celebrities including Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Sonu Sood and Shilpa Shetty were seen immersed in the positivity of this festival with their family. However, there were some actors from the glamour industry who were not lucky enough to visit their family and celebrate the arrival of the Lord at home.
Actor Manasvi Vashist from TV show “Ishq Mein Marjawan 2” says that this year he will miss the Ganpati celebrations back home.
“We celebrate it with a lot of pomp and show so sweets and other delicacies are unavoidable at festivals. I will be missing it but if I get a chance I will be visiting ganpati celebrations here in Mumbai either at friends/relatives placem,” he told Opoyi.
Akash Jagga, another known star, who is seen as Kaushik in Popular TV show “Kasauti Zindagi Kay” says,”I am from Jaipur and yes, this year will be missing the ganpati celebration back at home with family, where we used to celebrate it with much joy. I wish Ganpat Bappa brings happiness in everyone’s life in this stressful situation.”
Aditi Sanwal, another actor from “Kasauti Zindagi Kay” says that till last year, they used to do it with much joy and happiness.
“At my home my friends and I decorated my house and got bappa to our house for a week for the celebration. But this year I will be missing the Ganpati Celebrations. Anyway, I do believe Ganpati Bappa is everywhere so I wish that peace and harmony comes to the society and covid situation settles as soon as possible,” she told Opoyi.
