K-pop band Blackpink now has 4 songs with over 1B views on YouTube

- 'As If It’s Your Last’ is their fourth song that was watched on YouTube more than a billion times
South Korean girl band group, Blackpink, has become the first K-pop band to have four YouTube songs that have more than one billion views. The achievement came with their song ‘As If It’s Your Last’ that crossed the 1-billion mark. The group was formed by YG Entertainment, who took it to Twitter to thank all their fans for supporting them.

YG Entertainment, Blackpink’s entertainment agency wrote on Twitter, “AS IF IT’S YOUR LAST)’ M/V HITS 1 BILLION VIEWS @Youtube. BLINKs worldwide, thank you so much!”
Blackpink is the first k-pop group to achieve the feat. Along with ‘Act as if it’s your last’, they have three more songs, including ‘DDU-DU DDU-DU’, ‘Kill This Love, and ‘Boombayah’, that have more than a billion views on YouTube.

The achievement is huge as the group debuted in 2016 and has few songs to its name. Blackpink has four members — Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa. With the feat added to their name, the quartet has become one of the most popular bands in the world.
