With the regular season
officially ending on Sunday, Lakers face the Golden State Warriors on Wednesday
and would not have had time to get LeBron back to speed if the ankle injury was anything serious.
Fortunately for the defending champions, James and coach Frank Vogel confirmed that James was
doing fine and will be able to play the game on Wednesday.

James, however, had little incentive to return to the game regardless of the status of his fitness. The Lakers are essentially locked into the No. 7 seed in the Western Conference.
Lakers now focus on the Warriors and Stephen Curry. LeBron will need to bring his A game to slow Curry down, who is one of the leading contenders for MVP with the highest points per game (32) and three-pointers (337) scored this season.
