Following a firing by the terrorists at Pantha Chowk in Srinagar on Saturday, one police personnel has been killed in the encounter, news agency ANI reported. The operation is still underway.
An encounter broke out after terrorists fired upon a joint check post of police and CRPF in the city, the Kashmir Zone Police said, ANI reported.
The area was cordoned off after firing by terrorists. Babu Ram, police personnel lost his life in the encounter.
