A video has emerged reportedly showing Ukrainian fighters destroy a Russian military vehicle, with one shot, after tracking it for some time.
Ukrainian Ground Forces’ 14th Mechanized Brigade, named after Prince Roman the Great, released the video to mark 100 days of the Ukraine invasion.
The Ukrainian fighters noted they “do not know what historians will call this war in the future”, as per Newsweek. They added, “we do not know how to claim victory” but made a promise to beat the enemy without mercy.
In a statement on June 3, the brigade said, “100 days of war that will last for years and centuries… 100 days of fighting at the limit of all human capabilities… 100 days of hell and daily victories over the enemy…We do not know how to claim victory, but we know we have to do it for her – fight and destroy.”

The brigade continued “In the name of Ukraine, by its power, we will beat the enemy mercilessly! We will destroy it to the root! We will liberate our land for peace and good! We, the warriors of our land, know our goal – death to the enemies of the Fatherland!”

Russian President Vladimir Putin sent troops into Ukraine on February 24, in what the country is still calling a “special military operation“. June 3 marks 100 days of the conflict. During that time, Ukraine has seen the nature of aid from the west change, as goals have altered from helping Kyiv defend itself to helping Kyiv beat Moscow.
