Sensex fell 770.31 points or 1.29% to 58,788.02 and Nifty was down by 219.80 points or 1.24% to 17,560.20 in the previous session. Sensex touched high and low of 59,557.87 and 58,653.94, respectively. There were 5 stocks advancing against 25 stocks declining on the index while Nifty traded in a range of 17,781.15 and 17,511.15 and there were 6 stocks advancing against 43 stocks declining, while 1 stock remains unchanged on the index.  

Nahar Poly Films, HSIL Limited, Onward Technologies, International Constructions, OnMobile Global, Orient Bell, Aptus Value Housing Finance India and Gokaldas Exports have made fresh 52 weeks high on Thursday.

Barbeque Nation Hospitality has announced financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2021. The company has delivered the highest ever revenue and EBIDTA in Q3FY22. Revenue from operations stood at Rs 286.7 crore, an increase of 47.1% versus Q3FY21. Same-store sales growth was 42.7%. Delivery revenue came in at Rs. 46.6 crores, an increase of 64.4% over Q3FY21.

Akzo Nobel India Limited, Garware Hi-Tech Films Limited, Mallcom (India) Limited, Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund – Motilal Oswal 5 Year G Sec ETF – Growth and Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund – Aditya Birla Sun Life Silver ETF have hit a 52-week low on Thursday.
