L&T

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) and ReNew Power (ReNew) have entered into a partnership agreement to tap the emerging green hydrogen business in India. Under this agreement, the company and ReNew will jointly develop, own, execute and operate green hydrogen projects in India.

SBI Funds Management sold 9,948 equity shares in the company via an open market transaction on December 1, reducing shareholding to 3.39% from 3.43% earlier.

Karda Constructions

Societe Generale acquired 36 lakh equity shares in the company at Rs 16.65 per share on the NSE, the bulk deals data showed.

Aarti Industries

HDFC Asset Management Company sold 1,74,221 equity shares in the company via open market transactions on November 30, reducing shareholding to 3.04% from 3.09% earlier.

NDTV

NDTV Convergence has entered into a 10-year deal with Nasdaq-listed Taboola that can cumulatively enable garner revenue of Rs 750 crore. The new decade-long deal is based on mutually-determined projections, including growth in traffic, and cumulatively can enable revenue of Rs 750 crore or USD 100 million for NDTV Convergence, contingent upon it meeting the targets assigned for different stages of the 10-year period. The deal also gives NDTV Convergence immediate access to Taboola’s full portfolio of offerings for personalized content recommendations, editorial planning, monetization, and growth strategies.

Rushil Decor

The company’s medium-density fibreboard manufacturing unit (MDF plant) at Chikmagalur, Karnataka has again started the commercial operation partially. Further, it will start the regular commercial operation on or before December 6, 2021.

Redington India’s step-down subsidiary — Arena Bilgisayar Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.S. (Arena) has completed the acquisition of 100% shares in Brightstar Telekomunikasyon Dagitim (Brightstar) on December 1, 2021. The cost of acquisition is $ 26.5 million. Brightstar Turkey’s operations primarily consist of value-added distribution of leading brands of smartphones, devices, consumer electronics, and accessories to telecom operators.
