Indiabulls Real Estate 

The company on December 22 will consider raising funds through the issue of equity shares and/or any other convertible or exchangeable securities.

Shriram Properties 

The company will make its debut on the bourses on December 20. The issue price has been fixed at Rs 118 per share.

UBI | HomeFirst

Union Bank of India (UBI) and Home First Finance Company India (HomeFirst) have entered into a strategic co-lending partnership to offer home loans to customers at competitive interest rates. The partnership aims at leveraging the strengths of both entities to provide a seamless experience to retail home loan customers in the priority sector.

HLE Glascoat 

The company successfully completed the acquisition of the global business of Thaletec GmbH, along with its wholly owned subsidiary Thaletec Inc., USA, after receiving all necessary regulatory approvals.

Zomato 

The company has completed the acquisition of 7.89% of Bigfoot Retail Solutions.

ICICI Bank

The bank has raised Rs 5,000 crore through senior unsecured redeemable long-term bonds in the nature of debentures and allotted 50,000 bonds on a private placement basis, the date of the allotment being December 17, 2021. The bonds are redeemable at the end of 10 years (redemption date being December 17, 2031).

Future Retail 

Competition Commission of India suspended Amazon’s deal with Future Group after it reviewed complaints that the American e-commerce giant concealed information while seeking regulatory approval.

Brookfield India Real Estate Trust 

The REIT approved the acquisition of Seaview Developers, which owns Candor Techspace N2, a special economic zone located in Noida.

Ircon International 

The company emerged as the lowest bidder for the project floated by the National Highways Authority of India. The company entered into Share Subscription and Shareholders’ Agreement with Ayana Renewable Power for the execution of the project of setting up a 500 MW solar power plant through a joint venture company which will be incorporated by IRCON and Ayana.

GAIL | GACL

GAIL (India) and Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Limited (GACL) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for setting up 500 KLPD Bio Ethanol Plant in Gujarat and exploring other business opportunities of mutual interest.
