The%20260%20kilometre-long%20Srinagar-Jammu%20National%20Highway%20was%20shut%20for%20traffic%20for%20the%20fifth%20consecutive%20day%20on%20Thursday%20due%20to%20heavy%20snowfall%20over%20the%20past%20four%20days.%20The%20minimum%20temperature%20across%20the%20valley%20stayed%20below%20the%20freezing%20point%2C%20reported%20PTI.
