Donald Trump served as the 45th president of the United States from January 20, 2017, to January 20, 2021. He was succeeded by Joe Biden. Post his departure from the White House, he has based himself in Florida to continue with his political activities.

On his birthday, here is a rundown of what he has been up to since losing the November 4 elections to Biden:

On January 6, when the US Capitol was holding the US Electoral College vote count, Trump held a rally at the Ellipse near the White House, where he urged the presidential election 2020 to be overturned and called for the supporters “to take back” the country by marching to the Capitol and to “fight like hell”.

Following the Capitol breach in January, Trump was banned from social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, Facebook. In May, Facebook reassessed Trump’s indefinite ban. And in June, Facebook announced that Trump’s account would be suspended for two years.

In February, the District Attorney of Fulton County, Georgia, announced a criminal inquiry on Trump’s phone calls to Brad Raffensperger, the Secretary of the State of Georgia. According to reports and a recording of the call that was publicly released, Trump was found requesting Raffensperger to “find votes”, in spite of being told that the 2020 presidential election results were accurate. “I just want to find 11,780 votes, which is one more than we have, because we won the state”, said Trump.

On June 6, Trump held a campaign-like rally with a speech of over 80 minutes at the annual North Carolina Republican Party convention in Greenville, North Carolina, sharing grievances involving media companies, the COVID-19 pandemic, China, and many other things.
