Why do I need to explain? Himansh Kohli on breaking up with Neha Kakkar

Actor Himansh Kohli and singer Neha Kakkar were romantically involved before parting ways in 2018. The latter went on to marry singer Rohanpreet Singh in October last year and their social media posts show how madly they are in love with each other.

Himansh, on the other hand, went on focusing on his acting career and maintained his silence on the much-talked-about breakup. However, in a new interview, he says that he never felt the need to explain the reason in front of the world.

“It was my breakup. Why do I need to explain to the world about what happened in my house? How does that matter to anybody?” said Himansh who was seen in ‘Yaariyaan’.

Talking about all the media rumours that stated that he was the one behind the break-up, he said, “This has been happening since 2018. I don’t blame Neha also now. She has moved on, she is happy. I am happy for her. I am happy for myself. I am living my dream life, making money, and entertaining more audiences. But there are some people who are still stuck in 2018 whereas we are living in 2021. You can’t do anything about it. Some people feel I have done something bad to a person. But I know that I am not a bad person.”
