We frequently experience hair loss and the absence of strong hair as a result of pollution, dust, and age. Hair development slows down over time, leaving us with thin, unsatisfactory hair. People who have to travel for work every day and expose their hair to the elements rarely have time to care for it properly, from oiling it to applying shampoo twice a week and moisturising it. As a result, the hair becomes dry, shortens, grows slower, and loses its lustre.

There are, however, natural methods for restoring the hair’s shine and growth. Anjali Mukerjee, a nutritionist who posts helpful health tips on her Instagram account on a daily basis, recently revealed an important tip on how to enhance hair growth and strength using two dietary products. She penned, “Who doesn’t like long, strong, luscious and shiny hair? Here are some natural nutrients that can help enhance hair growth and strength and are easy to find in any kitchen.”

Fenugreek seeds and amla, according to Anjali, can be incorporated into the haircare routine to increase hair development and strength. Fenugreek seeds should be steeped overnight and then mashed to a fine paste, according to her. Apply the paste to your hair and leave it on for 30 to 40 minutes. The paste should then be rinsed with regular water. To minimise hair fall, repeat this process twice a week for a month. Fenugreek seeds, which are high in iron and protein, aid to strengthen hair. The fenugreek seed paste recipe slows hair loss by lowering DHT levels (Di Hydro Testosterone).DTH disrupts the hair’s growth cycle, thinning and shortening it, making it easier to fall out and difficult to regrow,” according to an excerpt from Anjali’s perspective.

Amla is another food that can be incorporated into a haircare routine. Lime juice and amla powder should be combined together and applied to the scalp and hair, according to Anjali. To keep the pasta from drying out, apply a shower cap. The hair should be washed with regular water after an hour. Amla has a plethora of advantages. It strengthens the hair and prevents hair loss and greying.
