Here are all the things you need to make your own Hot Chocolate on a Stick:
- 200 gm dark chocolate
- 50 gm white chocolate
- 40 gm castor or powdered sugar
- 15 gm cocoa powder
- A pinch of Salt
- Marshmallows, chocochips, sprinklers (basically anything which you want in your Hot Chocolate)
- Wooden spoon or a skewer
- 150 ml hot milk to make hot chocolate
Make it like this:
*In a bowl, add dark and white chocolate and melt it in an oven. Add sugar, cocoa powder and salt. Whisk.
*Add the mixture to the cupcake tray. Decorate the batter portions with choco chips, sprinklers or marshmallows.
*Place a wooden spoon or skewer. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
Once the mixture has hardened, dunk the cupcake into hot milk and enjoy an amazing cup of hot chocolate just when you want it! You can also wrap them as gifts.
