Australia’s Daniel Christian to retire after Big Bash League Sydney Smash between Sixers and Thunder

Australian cricketer Daniel Christian announced that he will be retiring from Sydney Sixers after the current season of the country’s domestic Twenty20 cricket competition, the Big Bash League.

“Yesterday at training I told my Sydney Sixers teammates that I’ll be retiring from playing at the end of the BBL season. Sydney Smash tonight, followed by our last round game against the Hurricanes, and then the finals,” he wrote on Instagram.
