Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie’s battle for children custody gets bittersweet ending

After a prolonged legal tussle between superstars Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, the court finally decided to grant joint custody for their children.

The court battle, which has lasted around half a decade, revolved around the custody of the couple’s six children. 

John Ouderkirk, a privately hired judge responsible for overseeing the case, passed a verdict on Wednesday based on due diligence of various testimonies made in the court, reported Page Six.

“There was a significant change made in the custody agreements based on an extremely detailed decision made by the judge”, a source told Page Six.

Ouderkirk, who did not permit the children to present their testimony in the court, was on the track to be dismissed from the case following critical remarks from Jolie. 

Pitt and Jolie, who are famously known as Brangelina, were married for two years between 2014 and 2016 after meeting on the sets of ‘Mr and Mrs Smith’.
