Britain’s Prince Harry has spoken to his older brother Prince William, since he and his wife gave a tell-all interview with American talk show host Oprah Winfrey, Reuters reported. According to Gayle King, the co-host of CBS This Morning, she had talked to Harry and Meghan and the two brothers had a conversation that was “not productive.”

“It’s true, Harry has talked to his brother and he has talked to his father too, and the word I was given was that those conversations were not productive,” Gayle said, adding that “they are glad that they have at least started a conversation.”

Meanwhile, Buckingham Palace made no comments regarding the conversation.

In the interview with Oprah, Harry and Meghan revealed that a unnamed member of the Royal family had asked how dark their son Archie.

After the interview, Buckingham Palace in a statement said that the issues raised, particularly that of race were “concerning.”

Whilst some recollections may vary, they are taken very seriously and will be addressed by the family privately,” the palace said in a statement on March 9.
