Some social media users pointed out that Hines could be fines, as per NFL’s uniform rules.

“Incoming $5K fine,” a Twitter user said.
“posting as if you wouldn’t fine him $5k for wearing these in game,” another one added.
“A player’s appearance on the field conveys a message regarding the image of the league and directly affects the league’s reputation and success,” the NFL’s Game Operations Manual states.
“All players must tuck in their jerseys. They cannot wear bandannas. Stockings must be white from the top of the shoe to midcalf and an approved team color from midcalf to the bottom of the pant leg, which must be pulled down below the knee.”
The league modified its footwear rules in 2017.
“The players must then change back into cleats that are black, white, or what is known as a “constitutional colour,” or the official team colour, once the game has started. (This was another modification. Previously, teams had to decide whether to wear all black or all white.),” the rule states.
Both right guard Teven Jenkins (neck) and left guard Cody Whitehair (knee) of the Bills are classified as questionable due to injuries that kept them from practicing on Wednesday and Thursday. In the Eagles defeat last Sunday, both players sustained injuries.

“Obviously, when you’re potentially losing two starters on the inside of your line, that’s a big thing,” Matt Eberflus, the Bills coach had said. “That’s something that we’ve looked at all week. Schofield will be in there if one of them can’t go, and if the second guy can’t go, we’ll see what happens.”
