Will Real Madrid sack manager Carlo Ancelotti, sell Karim Benzema after Champions League loss vs Manchester City?

Several Real Madrid fans demanded the club sack manager Carlo Ancelotti and sell star striker Karim Benzema after the team’s Champions League semi-final loss against Manchester City on Wednesday.

Madrid suffered a 4-0 loss in the second leg at Etihad Stadium. City will now face Inter Milan in the final on June 11.

“I want Madrid to sack Ancelloti so they can hire another Lopetugi or whoever and Barca can quickly win two Laliga titles before they retire Zidane,” a Twitter user said.

“Sack Ancelloti and employ a sensible coach like Spalleti,” a second one added.

Ancelloti, meanwhile, in the post-match press conference said that he expects to guide Real Madrid in UCL next year.
