Family of 4, including 2 children, found stabbed to death at Manhattan apartment

A family of four, including two young children, was tragically found dead in their apartment on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. The discovery was made during a wellness check by police.

The incident unfolded at 328 West 86th Street, where authorities responded to a 911 call just before 3 p.m. The initial call, which was made out of concern for the family’s well-being, became a scene of unimaginable sorrow. Inside the apartment on the fourth floor, law enforcement discovered the lifeless bodies of a 41-year-old father, a 40-year-old mother, their 2-year-old daughter, and their 1-year-old son.

The nature of the injuries suffered by each family member intensified the tragedy. Both adults bore injuries to their necks, suggesting a violent and targeted attack. The 2-year-old girl had sustained injuries to her torso, while the 1-year-old boy had injuries across his body. The injuries pointed to a chilling act involving sharp-edged weapons, consistent with stab wounds.
