The Los Angeles Fire Department has reported an active shooter situation near W Ave 31 and Eagle Rock Blvd. Residents have been advised to shelter in place following three shots fired from a balcony of a single-family residence.
Firefighters are currently staging nearby in response to the incident. Although details are still emerging, there are reports of multiple injuries.
