Recently, the photos of Mar-a-Lago have surfaced on the internet, which showcased that Donald Trump may have hidden boxes carrying sensitive documents in numerous locations, including the restroom, bedroom, and ballroom.

Former US President Donald Trump has been charged with 38 counts in the Mar-a-Lago documents investigation, according to a recently unsealed indictment released on Friday. The charges slammed against Trump include wilfully keeping national defense secrets, conspiring to impede justice, corruptly hiding records, and making false statements. Several of Trump’s charges carry a maximum sentence of 20 years in jail. He has been summoned to appear in federal district court in Miami on Tuesday for an arraignment.

According to the Justice Department, after ending his tenure and departing the White House in January 2021, Donald Trump reportedly took highly classified files from various intelligence bodies, including the Pentagon, CIA, and National Security Agency, with him.

According to the indictment filed in federal court in Florida, Trump allegedly stored these classified documents unsecured at his Mar-a-Lago estate and club in Florida. It is worth remembering that Mar-a-Lago routinely hosted big social gatherings attended by tens of thousands of people.

Walt Nauta, a close Trump associate, is also facing separate as well as joint charges in connection with their handling of confidential files.
