A huge fire broke out at the Hershey Farm Restaurant and Inn in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania on Tuesday.

“There is heavy black smoke billowing from this building,” WGAL reporter Anne Shannon said at the scene. “Flames are just shooting out of the roof. They have several fire companies from the area already on the scene.”

According to the reporter, the fire had moved from the portion of the building where the main restaurant is located into the gift shop area. It has also spread into other areas of the structure.

As smoke poured out from the windows, at least two ladder trucks doused the building. Responding to the blaze were fire crews from Bart Township, Bird in Hand, Lafayette, and other areas.

An employee told Shannon that the business was not open when the fire started. As a result, there were no patrons inside. The staff member also confirmed that the fire appeared very small initially when it started and everyone was able to get out. No injuries have been reported so far.
